These terms describe how reservations work on this demonstration website.
Reservation requests
Submitting the booking form creates a pending request. It holds inventory for your dates until our team confirms or cancels it. No payment is taken, and no card details are collected at any point.
Prices
All prices are calculated on the server against your dates, room type, guest numbers, selected extras and any eligible offer. The total shown at review is the total recorded with your request. Later rate changes never alter a reservation that has already been submitted.
Stay rules
Stays are counted from the check-in date up to, but not including, the check-out date. Minimum stay requirements apply to some dates and room types, and are enforced before you can continue. All children count towards a room’s maximum occupancy.
Changes and cancellation
Contact our team with your reference to change or cancel a request. As this is a demonstration, no charge, deposit, refund or penalty applies.
Fictional property notice
Aurelia Ella Mountain Retreat does not exist. Please do not make travel arrangements based on a reservation made here.
