These terms govern use of this demonstration website.
Nature of this website
Aurelia Ella Mountain Retreat is a fictional property. This site exists to demonstrate a custom WordPress theme and booking engine. Nothing here constitutes an offer of accommodation, and no contract for a stay can be formed.
Reservations
Reservation requests are unpaid demonstrations. No payment is processed, no card details are collected, and no accommodation is reserved in the real world.
Content accuracy
Property descriptions, imagery and testimonials are fictional and clearly disclosed as such. Destination information about the Ella area is provided in good faith and checked against official sources, but conditions, access and timetables change. Verify locally before travelling.
Imagery
Images of the fictional property are AI-generated concept images. Destination images are AI-generated editorial illustrations, not documentary photographs, and details may differ from the real places. No photograph of a real property is presented as Aurelia Ella.
Acceptable use
Do not submit real personal data, attempt to disrupt the site, or use automated tools to flood the forms.
Liability
This demonstration is provided as is. No warranty is given, and no liability is accepted for decisions taken on the basis of fictional content.
