What we collect
Reservation requests: your name, email address, telephone number, country, stay dates, guest numbers, any message you write, and the price snapshot calculated at the time. No card details are collected.
Enquiries and newsletter: the details you type into those forms, together with the consent you gave.
Cookies: one first-party cookie recording your cookie choices, plus the session cookies WordPress needs for the booking form to work.
Why we hold it
To answer you, to keep an accurate record of what was quoted, and to protect the site against automated abuse. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Reservation records are retained as business records. Enquiries and newsletter subscriptions are kept until you ask us to remove them.
Analytics and marketing
Optional analytics and marketing scripts load only after you allow that category, and never on the booking pages. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie preferences control in the footer.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask for it to be erased. Reservation records are anonymised rather than deleted, so the stay and price history remain reconcilable while your identity is removed.
